1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Playincollege3, LLC, including but not limited to our website, consulting services, and any related content or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Playincollege3 offers consulting services to high school level athletes and their families to assist them through the college recruiting process. Our services include educational resources, marketing strategies, and direct communication with college coaches.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.

In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

By using Nova AI services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
    AI-generated outputs, automations, recommendations, and workflows are provided for informational and operational assistance only. Nova AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content or automated process.

  2. Client Responsibility for Verification
    The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any outputs, decisions, communications, or actions generated through AI systems or automations before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational purposes.

  3. Third-Party System Dependency
    Nova AI services may integrate with or rely on third-party software, APIs, data providers, or automation platforms. Nova AI is not responsible for outages, errors, security issues, or changes caused by these third-party systems.

  4. No Liability for Automated Actions
    Nova AI shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, business interruptions, financial losses, or operational impacts resulting from automated actions, system errors, AI recommendations, or workflow triggers implemented through Nova AI systems.

  5. Limitation of Damages
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova AI’s total liability for any claims related to AI automation services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim, if any.

  6. Use at Client’s Own Risk
    The Client acknowledges that AI and automation technologies are evolving tools and agrees to use all Nova AI services at their own risk.
